About this project
The tour is open to anyone. A buyer can see the pool, the clubhouse, the mini-theatre and the rest of the facilities from home, at any hour, before deciding whether the drive to Senai is worth making.
It carries the show units as well — Type B and Type C, both of them — off the site plan. That is how a unit gets shown without a site visit: an agent walks a buyer through the layout they are asking about, on a screen, in the conversation they are already having.
