GENERATED FILE — do not hand-edit. Source: components/core/icon-paths.js. These 25 glyphs are hand-drawn Hyunix stand-ins, NOT licensed Lucide geometry; no brand icon set was supplied (see readme.md, Open substitutions to resolve). Geometric essentials only: lines, rects and circles. Presentation attributes sit on each symbol so a glyph is correct wherever it is inlined; .hyx-icon only sets the box. Inline this file once per document, then reference a symbol by id from a use element inside an svg.hyx-icon. A markup example is deliberately omitted: a literal closing svg tag in this file would break any tool that slices the sprite by searching for one. aperture is six blades, echoing the mark; phone is a handheld device; move replaces move-3d. Refunds

Refund and cancellation policy

How to cancel a Hyunix plan, when a payment is refunded, and what happens to your tours when a trial or a plan ends.

This policy covers Hyunix platform plans, and forms part of our terms.

How to cancel

We confirm a cancellation by message or email in writing. There is no notice period. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date; the plan is not renewed, and it runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a plan change is waiting, keep your current plan first, then cancel.

To move to a smaller plan instead of cancelling, use the plans on the same Billing page. A move down applies at renewal, once your storage fits the smaller plan. See changing plan.

A free trial needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

  • Charged in error (a duplicate payment, or more than the price shown): what was charged in error is refunded in full.
  • If we end your plan for a reason other than non-payment or a serious breach of the terms: the unused part of the period you paid for is refunded.
  • Otherwise, payments are not refunded. That includes your first payment, because every plan starts with a 30-day free trial; the rest of a month or a year after you cancel; and the difference when you move down a plan.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. How long one takes to appear depends on your bank. To ask for one, message or email us as above.

If we refund the whole payment for a period, your plan ends with the refund, and your account then follows the section below.

When a trial or a plan ends

A plan ends at the end of the last period you paid for, when Stripe's retries end without payment, or when a refund ends it.

A paid plan ends

  • Your tours stay online for 60 more days. You can still edit them. Uploads stop.
  • Then they go offline, and are kept offline for 60 days.
  • A mail goes out 7 days before deletion.
  • They are deleted 60 days after going offline.

A trial ends unpaid

  • Your tours go offline at once.
  • They are kept offline for 60 days.
  • A mail goes out 7 days before deletion.
  • They are deleted 60 days after going offline.

Coming back. Choose a plan at any point before deletion and everything comes back at once. The plan has to hold what you have stored.

While your tours are offline

  • A tour's page shows that it is offline, and embeds of it go dark.
  • The app opens on Billing only.
  • Your files stay where they are. Anyone who already has the address of a media file can still open that file. See the privacy notice.

Deletion

  • Deletion removes your tours, their databases, and every file on Cloudflare R2: panoramas, originals, tiles and other media. It cannot be undone.
  • There is no download of originals at launch, so we cannot hand you a copy first. Keep your own copies of your panoramas.
  • Copies can outlast deletion for a time: Cloudflare's cache, and our nightly database backups, each deleted after 30 days. See the privacy notice.

What stays after deletion

  • Your account record and billing history. They stay until we delete them by hand. Nothing deletes them on a timer.
  • Your email address, on that record. It cannot sign up again until we free it. Ask us.
