Geometric essentials only: lines, rects and circles. Presentation attributes sit on each symbol so a glyph is correct wherever it is inlined; .hyx-icon only sets the box. Inline this file once per document, then reference a symbol by id from a use element inside an svg.hyx-icon. A markup example is deliberately omitted: a literal closing svg tag in this file would break any tool that slices the sprite by searching for one. aperture is six blades, echoing the mark; phone is a handheld device; move replaces move-3d. Terms

Terms of service

For Hyunix platform plans and the free trial.

These terms apply when you start a free trial on the Hyunix platform, or buy a Hyunix plan, from ZYNTEIRO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. (registration 202001015351 (1371671-M)), 3, Jln Permata, Taman Intan, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia ("we" and "us" below). HYUNIX is a brand of HENG ID SDN. BHD. and ZYNTEIRO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD., and the plans are sold by ZYNTEIRO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. alone. Ticking the terms box at signup, or paying for a plan, means you accept these terms.

The plans are sold to businesses. The capture service, where we shoot a space and build the tour for you, is quoted per project, and these terms do not cover it.

1. The plans

The Hyunix platform lets you upload your own panoramas, publish them as tours at tour.hyunix.asia/<route>/, and embed those tours in any page that takes an iframe. You run it in the app at app.hyunix.asia.

There are three plans: Solo, Studio and Agency, each monthly or yearly. Every plan carries the same features. What changes is the storage cap, listed on the pricing page. The plan descriptions on that page, and the price shown on the payment page when you pay, form part of these terms.

The free trial

  • Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with 5 GB of storage. No card is needed.
  • You can choose a plan at any time during the trial. The plan starts the day you pay, and the trial ends that day.
  • If the trial ends unpaid, your tours go offline at once. See when a trial or a plan ends.

Storage

  • Storage is the one thing a plan meters. Views, visitors and the number of tours are not metered.
  • Everything you upload counts, and every tile made from it. Your original panoramas count too. The tour page's own template files and your tour's database do not count.
  • A file you replace can still count. An old logo, map or audio file stays until its tour is deleted.
  • A GB is 1024^3 bytes. Agency's 1 TB is 1024 GB.

Limits on every plan

  • One login per account. Team members are not available at launch.
  • Up to 300 panoramas a tour.
  • Up to 10 new tours or duplicates per account per day. There is no limit on your total number of tours.
  • Each file has a size limit and each panorama a pixel limit. An upload over a limit is refused.
  • A route is first come, first served: lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, 3 to 60 characters. Some words are reserved.
  • Tours live at tour.hyunix.asia. Your own domain or subdomain is not available at launch.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and are the amounts you pay.
  • Payment is by card, through Stripe, in advance for each month or each year.
  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and it applies from your first renewal after that notice.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and the Billing page in the app shows a notice. Your plan stays in place while Stripe retries. If it is still unpaid when the retries end, Stripe cancels the subscription and the plan ends as if you had cancelled it.
  • Stripe sends its own receipts and failed-payment mails.

3. Changing plan

  • Use the plans on the Billing page in the app. It shows what you will pay before you confirm. Stripe's page (Manage card and invoices) is for your card, your invoices and cancelling, not for changing plan.
  • Moving up, or from monthly to yearly, takes effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period. If your card needs an extra check, nothing changes until the payment goes through.
  • Moving from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the yearly period.
  • Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, and only when your account already fits the lower plan: storage used within its cap.
  • Too much storage: delete tours or scenes until you fit, then move down.
  • If your storage grows past the lower plan's cap before the renewal date, the move down is cancelled and we tell you.
  • A plan cannot be changed while a payment has failed, or while the plan is set to end.
  • The plan you choose has to hold what you have stored. This applies when you first choose a plan, and when you come back after a plan has ended.
  • An upload is accepted while you are under your plan's cap. The one that crosses the cap completes, and the next is refused until you move up a plan. Nothing already online is touched. A duplicate that would go over the cap is refused before it starts.

4. Support

  • Questions go by WhatsApp message to +6013-289 9100, or by email to [email protected].
  • Hyunix plans include no support hours or build hours, and these terms set no first-response time.
  • Automatic mail from the platform comes from [email protected]. To reach a person, use the address above.

5. Your tours and your data

  • Your panoramas and tours are yours. We hold a licence only to host and serve them: to store them, make tiles from them, and deliver them to the people who open your tours. We also hold the licence to show them as examples of our work, as in the next point.
  • We may show a published tour, or a picture of it, on our own website and social media, as an example of what Hyunix does. We show only tours that are already public. To opt out, email [email protected] with the tour's address: we stop using it, and take down what we have posted.
  • For personal data in your tours, you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf. See the privacy notice.
  • A published tour is public. Anyone with its link can open it.
  • We keep your original panoramas in a private storage bucket. Visitors are not served them, and they count against your cap.
  • There is no download of originals at launch, and no export on request. Keep your own copies of your panoramas.
  • You set your own password at signup. We never send a password by email.
  • Our staff can open any account and tour, which we use to operate and support the platform.
  • Tour databases are backed up nightly. Panoramas, tiles and other files are not part of that backup.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login safe, and for having the right to upload and publish what you put in.

6. Acceptable use

A Hyunix account may not be used for anything unlawful, including publishing unlawful images, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attack or overload other systems, or to resell access to the app to others without our written agreement. Building tours for your clients, and embedding them on a client's site, is fine.

We may suspend an account used in any of these ways, or one that puts other customers' tours at risk, and we will tell you why. A suspension takes every tour on the account offline at once. Nothing is deleted while an account is suspended.

While we suspend your account, we do not charge you: renewals that fall during the suspension are not billed. We do not refund what you paid before it, and an invoice that was already unpaid may still be collected. When we lift the suspension, your plan continues on the same subscription, and billing resumes from your next renewal date.

To report a tour that breaks this section, email [email protected] with the tour's address.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. When refunds are given, and what happens to your tours when a trial or a plan ends, is set out in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: when a paid plan ends, your tours stay online for 60 days with uploads stopped, then go offline, and are deleted 60 days later unless you come back. When a trial ends unpaid, your tours go offline at once, and are deleted 60 days later unless you come back.

We may end a plan for non-payment, as in section 2, or for a serious breach of these terms, and will tell you by email or WhatsApp. If we end a plan for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

8. Liability

We run the platform with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, or for the failure of services we do not control, such as your internet connection, WhatsApp, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, or a site you embed a tour in. Our total liability to you for anything arising from a plan is limited to what you paid for that plan in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to these terms applies to you. If you do not agree with it, you can cancel before it applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
