About this project
The tour is open to anyone. Somebody deciding whether the park suits them can walk the terrace, the car park and an empty upper unit from wherever they are, without a trip to Batu Pahat.
It is laid out the way the park is, blocks A to E and floor by floor, and it doubles as a directory of who is in them. You can start from a trade instead of a building: the kopitiam, the restaurants, the hair salon, the dialysis centre, the offices upstairs.
That is also how a unit gets shown. An agent can walk a prospective tenant through the one they are asking about, on a screen, while they are still talking — rather than booking a viewing to find out it is the wrong size.
